Transfers
Transfers are available to and from Port Elizabeth's (airport / hotels / car hire depots)
- 1-2 pax (sedan) - R700 nett per vehicle per transfer (valid until 31 Oct '08)
- 3-7 pax (microbus) - R850 nett per vehicle per transfer (valid until 31 Oct '08)
Rates
- Rates are inclusive of VAT & subject to change without notice
- Rates include all meals, accommodation, game activities & beverages
- Kindly note that drinks at the reception area are an extra charge. Drinks elsewhere on the reserve (at the lodges and on game drives) are, of course, included in the overnight rate.
- Rates are inclusive of the tourism levy
- 50% single supplement applies

Cancellation Policy
- Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to guests' arrival
- Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival - 25% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

Children
- Children under 12 years of age pay 50% of adult sharing rate.
- Children 12 years and older are considered adults & pay the full adult sharing rate
- Please refer to our child policy.
Arrivals & Departures
- Check in from 12h00 – 14h00. Guests are transferred to their lodge by landrover at 14h00.
- Check out from the lodge is at 11h00 on their day of departure. Departure from Lalibela is at 12h00.
