Bush Boma - an exciting alternative dining venue
The Bush Boma is an exciting alternative bush dinner venue for overnight guests who spend more than one night at Lalibela. A rustic dining area has been set up under a grove of massive, centuries-old milkwood trees, whose ancient branches trail right down to the ground. Entering the Bush Boma is like going into a giant green cave. This extraordinary outdoor dining area is lit by huge campfires and paraffin lanterns hanging from the gnarled branches. The Bush Boma is reached from the lodge by landrover during the evening game drive.
